## The Role
We are looking for an in-house Website Designer who is well-versed in modern web design trends, UX/UI principles, a strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design. You’ll be responsible for transforming client briefs into engaging, high-performing websites that captivate audiences and align with brand identities while adhering to modern method and techniques.

## Duties

  • Design and develop modern, responsive, and visually appealing websites based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and user needs.
  • Use UX/UI best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly web experiences.
  • Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless navigation.
  • Work with front-end development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design elements.
  • Provide exceptional post-launch support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with web design trends, tools, and technologies.

## Skills

  • A strong portfolio showcasing modern and creative web design work.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for design and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design and branding.
  • Knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms.
